Thank you for visiting the official website for Bradley-Prosperity VFD.

The BPVFD operates out of three stations. The department has a total fleet of 13 Emergency Vehicles. The department covers a first-due district of approximately 58.4 Square Miles of Raleigh County, West Virginia. The department also runs mutual aid assistance to other surrounding departments, therefore expanding the area in which it actually responds.

The department operates as both a Fire/Rescue agency recognized by the WV State Fire Commission as well as a Basic Life Support Rapid Response agency and Advanced Life Support Medical Transport agency recognized by the WV Office of Emergency Medical Services.

The department takes a pro-active community approach to prevention. We conduct Fire Safety events on regular basis in our communities by setting up Fire Prevention booths at festivals and other community events and we work with the schools in our response district to conduct fire safety lessons, demonstrations  and fire drills with the children we protect.

Do you live in our response area? Do you need smoke detectors?

Fill out and submit this form and we will Provide and Install the alarms FREE OF CHARGE!

Your Request has been successfully submitted. Please allow 2-3 Business days for someone to contact you to schedule installation.
